Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

We process and ship orders from our studio Monday through Friday.

Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business day - (SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY. )

You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

U.S. orders

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.  Standard shipping means that orders arrive within 3-5 business days.  Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. Upgraded shipping (1-3 business days) is available at extra cost. 

Orders to Canada

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Canada over $50. Please note: Duty/customs/sales tax to all Canadian orders may apply. Standard shipping may take up to 10 business days. NO shipping to Canadian PO boxes. Upgraded shipping (3-5 business days) is available at extra cost. 

(**During the holiday season/peak mail times Free Standard Shipping options may not be available)

International shipping

We ship to select additional countries. Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars and are exclusive of shipping and relevant taxes. At checkout, you will see the applicable rates for your country. We are not responsible for additional import charges. 

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard delivery, via USPS:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24hours, delivery time within (the United States) within 3-5 business days.

Shipping to Canada approximately 10 business days. 

Standard international delivery, via post services:
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days and are delivered within 14 business days.

Expedited shipping, via DHL/ UPS:

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, we use DHL or UPS as our expedited shipping carrier (please note: you will be required to sign for this package unless you notify otherwise)

Orders are delivered within 1-3business days

We do not OFFER expedited shipping to PO Boxes - only to physical addresses.
